Pay income to First Presbyterian Church to be used for special enrichment opportunities, such as ecumenical or interfaith programs, organ concerts, music concerts and other art related endeavors, including the support of members attending conferences and workshops which the session of FPC considers beneficial to the spiritual life of the congregation and community and if no appropriate church or community event is forthcoming then to support such events at Presbyterian related educational institutions such as but not limited to Saint Andres University, William Peace University, Union Presbyterian Seminary and other causes deemed appropriate by the session. If the funds are not needed in a given year, the income may be redeposited into the fund.

The First Presbyterian Church desires that the permanent endowment fund shall be used by the First Presbyterian Church primarily for student scholarship singers in worship or playing for church services. Other uses may be to purchase music or hymnals, to maintain the musical instruments, or to provide scholarships for members attending music camps and conferences. In the event that First Presbyterian Church does not need the monies in any given year the Session may support the music ministry of other churches in the Presbytery or the Presbytery itself.

Income shall be used for College and University students to support their education and if no student needs the support, then to the support of Presbyterian related educational institutions such as but not limited to Saint Andrews University, William Peace University, Union Presbyterian Seminary and other causes deemed appropriate by the Presbyterian Women and the Session.
