Should the day care program of the Donor cease to exist then the Net Income shall be used by the Donor for the children's music programs.

The Trustee shall distribute annually to the Administrative Committee such portion of available income as may be requested by the Committee for use in defraying the cost of the Bible Lectures as set forth hereinafter. The Trustee shall inform the Committee, through its Chairman, periodically as to any accumulated income in the fund, and, with the approval of the Committee, such accumulated income may be added to the principal of the fund. The annual charges mad e by the Trustee (now of the 1% of the principal of the trust fund) shall be deducted and paid from annual income of the trust fund.
