Seventy-five percent (75%) shall be used and employed to assist in the support of programs and/or personnel therefore as directed or specified by the Session of said First Presbyterian Church in Trenton in fulfilling its Christian mission, provided that no part of said monies shall be used to pay or supplement the salaries of the senior Pastor, the Church secretary or the sexton of said church. The remaining twenty-five (25%) shall be used and employed to assist the Board of Trustees of said First Presbyterian Church, with the approval of the Session of said church, in meeting the costs of repairs, restoration, improvements, and replacements to and of the main Church building, the Sanctuary and the Church School rooms and Fellowship Hall, present and/or future, provided that no part of any income aforesaid shall be used for any such purpose unless a like amount shall be contributed for such purpose by the active members of said Church. In the event that monies in like amount are not so contributed for any such purpose, the portion of the income aforesaid to be used for such purpose shall be deposited by the Board of Trustees of said First Presbyterian Church in Trenton in any Federal Reserve Bank in and under a separate account and held in trust until such time as monies in like amount are contributed for said purpose by the active members of said Church.
