Reinvest said income back into the principal of said gift until the total principal reaches Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) or until the year 2040 AD whichever first occurs. At such time, the net income therefrom, as such income is received in quarterly payments. Shall be distributed to Muskingum College, located at New Concord, Ohio 43762. The Muskingum College shall use its proportionate share of the said net income for the enhancement of the general student financial assistance fund for qualified and worthy students. Any income not expended in the year it is earned for the general student financial assistance fund shall be added to the general operating fund.

Endowment for A Chair in Religion at Muskingum College Fund | 102240005659
reinvest income back into principal until the principal reaches a value of approximately One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) whereas the income received will wholly fund a Chair of Religion as determined by the President of Muskingum College. Once the Fund is large enough, it will be the responsibility of the Session of the Second Presbyterian Church of Newark, Ohio to notify the Foundation to begin paying 95% of the net income to Muskingum College, 3% of income to remain in the corpus of the fund to provide for inflationary increases in the cost of endowing the Chair and 2% to be transferred the Second Presbyterian Church of Newark, Ohio, Endowment Fund managed by the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation. More details are outlined in Appendix A.
