[Notified of Shirley's death 9/28/2021]. At such time [January 20,2022], the net income therefrom quarterly shall be paid to the First Presbyterian Church, Jamestown, New York. First Presbyterian Church shall use the said income from the Fund hereby established as its Session shall determine.
