The Ed and Emily Foster Scholarship Fund | 102240100817
To be used for scholarship grants to active members of the church for post high school education. Guidelines regarding the grants, including application process, qualification of recipients, and size of awards are to be established by an Awards Committee appointed by the Session. The income may be accumulated by the Session if no scholarship grant is awarded, or if less than the total income is awarded in scholarships in any year, then the accumulated income and any income earned on the accumulations may be used for scholarship grants in subsequent years. However, in case of need deemed of overriding importance by the Session in any year the Session may use the unused income and accumulations from this Fund for purposes other than scholarship grants to active members of the church.
