To reinvest said income as received quarterly into a separate fund until said income is requested. Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church of Bartlesville, Oklahoma shall use the said income from the fund hereby established for the maintenance and beautification of the church property. The Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, or its successors, may have the privilege of withdrawing annually all net income earned for the preceding four calendar quarters including the fourth quarter ending December 31st but no more than the net income earned by the fund during the time period and may have until March 20th of the following year to request in writing said income. Such withdrawal of income shall be made according to the rules of the Foundation then in effect. All income not withdrawn as determined every March 20th shall be reinvested back into the principal of the fund.
