For the benefit of United Presbyterian Church, located at 330 5th Avenue SW, Albany, Oregon 97321 (the Church), with the Net Income, during such time as the Donor is making separate unrestricted annual pledges to the church, to be used for special projects and programs, as determined by Session of the Church. Upon the cessation of separate annual pledges to the church by the Donor, the Net Income shall be used for the unrestricted purposes of the Church. Notwithstanding the above, at no time may the Net Income be used for administrative support except in the case of financial emergencies as determined by the Session.

Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903-3325, in youth programs and activities administered by Young Life in Albany, Oregon, with annual reviews of such work by the Session of the Church.
