This bequest is intended for the use and benefit of said church herein named so long as they continue to exist as a church unit, even though the name of the church may be changed, and is given as a memorial to Mr. and Mrs. Harry J. Stirling by their daughters, Mabel Stirling Brando, Margaret Duncan Stirling an Agnes Isabel Stirling, In the event that the First Presbyterian Church of Portland, Oregon, or the Smith Memorial Presbyterian Church of Fairview, Oregon, shall cease to exist as a church body or organization, then in that event, the share of principal and income herein given to said church so ceasing to exist as a church unit shall enure to the use and benefit of such Presbyterian Church of Churches within the State of Oregon as the Presbytery of Portland may direct.
