Ten percent (10%) to provide professional care for the trees planted on Mission Drive, Newberg, Oregon, adjacent to the church property, by Ernest DeAlton in 1972 in memory of his former wife, Lenore M. DeAlton. It is intended that the care shall include pruning, fertilizing, spraying, watering, replacing trees, if necessary, adding bark dust or red rock as needed, maintaining the large stone and bronze marker, landscaping the area with flowers or flowering shrubs, installing a sprinkler system if not already installed, and generally keeping the memorial in good condition and appearance at all times. Funds not used in any one year may be held over and used at a later date. Twenty-five percent (25%) to provide scholarships for deserving youth of the church. This scholarship fund is to be known as the Marian F. DeAlton Memorial Scholarship Fund. These scholarships shall be used to help deserving youth to attend college, leadership camps, or Christian education camps. Funds not used in any one year may be held over and used at a later date. Twenty-five percent (25%) to provide scholarships for deserving youth of the church. This scholarship fund is to be known as the Ralph F. Bibbee Memorial Scholarship Fund in memory of Marian F. DeAlton's first husband. These scholarships shall be used to help deserving youth to attend college, leadership camps, or Christian education camps. Funds not used in any one year may be held over and used at a later date. Forty percent (40%) to sponsor other church activities or improvements as may be determined by the governing body of the church. This is to be a memorial to the donors' parents, Ernest A. and Mary DeAlton, and Zoy A. and Grace L. Bibbee.

(A) Forty percent (40%) to go toward an annual scholarship fund to be used at a four-year, accredited liberal arts college or university.(B) Fifteen percent (15%) to go toward ministering to the poor. Part of that sum could go to FISH. Part of the sum could go toward teaching the poor to help themselves.(C) Fifteen percent (15%) to go to ministry and outreach in the community. This sum could minister to neighbors locally, nationally, and internationally.(D) Thirty percent (30%) to supplement (if needed) the tithes and offerings of members in support of Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church. If this supplement is not needed, this portion should be divided equally between (B) ministering to the poor and (C) ministry and outreach in the community.
