to be used, to the extent needed, to cover or to help cover the cost of providing a bouquet of flowers for the annual Yachats Music Festival so long as the concerts of the Festival are held within the facilities of the Yachats Community Presbyterian Church. Any excess of income not needed for a floral arrangement for the performance stage or platform may be used for other expenses that the local area patrons and members of the Festival incur for the Festival, such as the cost of food and supplies for an opening night reception for the artists and other invited guests. In the event that the Yachats Music Festival is discontinued by its sponsor, Four Seasons Concerts, or any successor, the income may be used in any manner determined by the Session of the Yachats Community Presbyterian Church's music program and/or the beautification of the church's sanctuary.
