July 23, 2019 Court Order granted the approval of the Amendment to Agreement to E.M. Nesbitt Scholarship Memorial Fund Agreement Number 19920659, Dated October 20, 1992 to increase the annual scholarship amount to $2,000. The Amendment included in the Petition for the Court further stated the $2,000 would automatically be distributed to Charitable Beneficiary, for scholarships until the account is depleted and closed (approximately 10 years at the current market value without further additions). If Charitable Beneficiary does not have a suitable scholarship candidate in any given year, it can elect to support a scholarship candidate from First Presbyterian Church, Meadville, PA by forwarding the $2,000.00 to the First Presbyterian Church, 890 Liberty St, Meadville, PA 16335 (Alternate Charitable Beneficiary).

Ten percent (10%) of the annual income is to be retained by the Fund for future growth.The remaining ninety percent (90%) of annual income is to be distributed by the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Bethel Park, Pennsylvania in the following priority:a. Funds are to be made available for scholarships to members of the Bethel Presbyterian Church or children of such members when such members are:1. Students at Presbyterian Church (USA) theological institutions of higher education; or2. Students at Grove City College, Grove City, Pennsylvania, who have successfully complete the first year of theological study; or3. Attendees at camps and conferences sponsored by the Presbyterian Church (USA) or its divisions or affiliates.4. If, after providing funds for the above, funds still remain, then any balance may be used to provide financial aid to families or individuals who are in need of assistance to send their children to the Bethel Presbyterian Church Nursery School or to have the benefit of the Church's Child Care Program. These persons need not be members of Bethel Church.5. Further, if in any calendar year, the Planned Giving Committee of the Church, or the Session if a Planned Giving Committee does not exist, has any additional funds remaining in this memorial fund, the additional monies may be used at the Committee's discretion to fund Mission or Christian Education programs that are not part of the regular church budget.
