Shall use said income from the fund hereby established as follows: 75% for use as the Session of said church shall deem advisable, with first preference given to the maintenance of the Speer Cemetery located in Canonsburg, PA. 25% for capital expenditures toward the maintenance of the exterior of the church building as the Session shall in its wisdom determine. The only duty required by the Foundation with respect tot he distribution of the net income from this fund is to make payments of the net income to the Session of the United Presbyterian Church of Canonsburg, PA.

The Session of the Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church is directed to distribute the income in the following manner: Thirty percent (30%) for major and minor improvements to the church. No income is to be used to support the annual operation budget, unless in the case of an extreme emergency as identified by the session. Thirty percent (30%) for major and minor improvements at Pine Springs Camp of Washington Presbytery. Ten percent (10%) shall be given in support of Oak Spring Cemetery. Ten Percent (10%) shall be given in support of the Chartiers Hill Church Cemetery Association. Ten Percent (10%) shall be directed to the Canonsburg Ministerium Meals on Wheels program. Ten Percent (10%) shall be directed to the Washington City Mission. If for any reason one or more of the charities listed above ceases to operate, then Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church shall distribute the share of income designated for that charity equally among the other charities listed.
