The income on units in which the fund shall be invested from time to time shall be distributed to the Treasurer of the Church at periodic intervals. The Treasurer of the Church shall disburse the income from time to time as the then Minister of the Church shall direct to such charitable uses and purposes as the Minister individually shall select, and in so doing preference shall be given for assistance of a person or persons from such Church who shall have indicated a desire to enter the ministry, by way of tuition or otherwise. The capital of such fund may be withdrawn in part or entirely upon the recommendation of the Minister with the concurrence of the majority of the Elders of the Church approving a charitable project related tot he needs of the Church justifying the expenditure of the capital of the fund. Payment by the Foundation to the Treasurer of the Fox Chase Memorial Presbyterian Church shall be a sufficient a quittance to the Foundation and it shall have no responsibility for seeing to the application of either the income or capital of this gift to charitable purposes.
