For its music program as its Session shall decide according to the following restrictions: 1. The said net income shall not be used for routine expenses such as maintenance or tuning of instruments, purchase of music or salaries. 2. The said net income shall be used for major needs such as but not restricted to major repairs to the church organ(s) or piano(s), purchase of new instruments, expansion of existing instruments, repayment of loans related to the aforesaid major needs or other non-routine needs. 3. Upon receipt of said net income, if there are no major needs as described above in section 2. , the said net income may be accumulated by First Presbyterian Church of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania until such major needs of its music program arise.
