William Cloud and Ann Carson Hicklin Cemetary Fund | 102240100700

The Foundation is to administer the fund for the exclusive purpose of the maintenance of the cemetary presently located on the grounds of the Fishing Creek Presbyterian Church in Chester County, South Carolina. In no event is the fund (or the income therefrom) to be used for the general operating expenses of said Church, although it is recognized that by paying the maintenance and other expenses of the cemetary, the fund necessarily indirectly subsidized the Church by reducing the operating expenses that otherwise would be expended by the Church for such purposes. The Foundation shall distribute to or for the benefit of Fishing Creek Presbyterian Church such amount (or all) of the income from such fund as shall be necessary, desirable or appropriate for the maintenance of the cemetary on the grounds of said Church. Such expenses shall be those typically involved with the maintenance, protection and preservation of a church-owned cemetary.
