For use by its Board of Trustees as a scholarship fund for deserving students. The Trustees shall have full discretion in the selection of the recipients, the number and the amount of such scholarships; except that the Trustees shall give first consideration and preference to members of the Idlewild congregation attending Rhodes College or Louisville Presbyterian Seminary, second preference to members of the Idlewild congregation, and third preference to students attending Rhodes College or Louisville Presbyterian Seminary. The Trustees shall use substantially all of such income each year for such scholarships. It is not the intention of the Donors that the income be accumulated.
