The Foundation shall pay annually to the Church an amount calculated by subtracting the fair market value of the Fund at the beginning of the last calendar year and all contributions made during such year from the fair market value of the Fund at the end of the last calendar year (hereinafter the Net Gain). Such distributions shall be made prior to the end of the first quarter of each calendar year. The Church shall use the distributions from the Fund as follows: (A) Fifty percent (50%) of the Net Gain shall be transferred by the Church to the Holston Presbytery for a scholarship fund for a seminary student from Holston Presbytery; (B) Fifty percent (50%) of the Net Gain shall be used by the Session of the Church to provide funds for the general operation of the senior high youth programs. In the event that the senior high youth programs are unable to use the Net Gain, the Church will distribute the remaining Net Gain as follows: (1) Fifty percent (50%) of the unused Net Gain shall be returned to the Foundation to be reinvested into the principal of the Fund, so that such Net Gain becomes principal. (2) Fifty percent (50%) of the unused Net Gain shall be used at the discretion of the Session.Prior to the end of the first quarter of each calendar year, the Church shall provide the Foundation with documentation of the use of the Net Gain received during the prior year, on the form provided herein on the attached Exhibit A. Such documentation shall accompany any return of unused Net Gain as provided above.
