Reinvest said income as such income is received into the principal of said gift until December 31, 2000. As of December 31, 2000, and for each subsequent year, the Fund shall be valued as determined by averaging the market value of the Fund as of the last business day of the preceding twelve quarters and five percent of the average market value (hereinafter the Distributions), shall be annually transferred to, on the next valuation date, and accumulated separately. Said Distributions shall be available for withdrawal by First Presbyterian Church, 4815 Franklin Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37220 (hereinafter the Beneficiary). If at any time, however, the average quarter end market value for the last twelve quarters is less than $25,000.00, then the Distributions shall cease to be available to the Beneficiary until such time as the average is equal to or exceeds $25,000.00. Up to two years of Distributions may accumulate for the benefit of the Beneficiary. Any accumulation of Distributions not requested beyond two years of Distributions shall revert to principal. The requested withdrawals by the Beneficiary shall be in writing and such withdrawal shall be made according to the policies of the Foundation then in effect. The written requests for withdrawal must be received by the Foundation at least ten business days prior to the last day of any month to be effective for that month. The Beneficiary shall use said Distributions from the Fund for its established purpose of supporting Concert Series events as generally described in the Beneficiary's resolution of the Music sub-committee dated October 31, 1995. The underlying qualification for all requests is that the Distributions be used to glorify God through music and to provide a free offering for the enjoyment and education of the congregation and the community as a whole. If the concert series ceases to exist, the Distributions shall be used for the support of the music program in general of the Beneficiary and shall be distributed automatically after each year-end valuation. Income from this fund shall be transferred to account 102243095163.
