Twenty-five percent (25%) of the annual income of the John and Gretta Baur Memorial Fund shall, annually or more frequently, be paid to and distributed to the Wasatch Presbyterian Church in Salt Lake City, Utah, to be used for the following programs operated through and by that Church: Presbyterian Women, Presbyterian Men, Choir/Music Department, Adult Education, Bible Study, Youth Ministry, Deacons, Prison Ministry, Sudanese Ministry, Family Promise. The balance of the annual income from the John and Gretta Baur Memorial Fund shall be paid to, distributed and used for the general purposes of the Wasatch Presbyterian Church in Salt Lake City, Utah.
