Shall use the said income from the fund hereby established as its Session shall determine to support the Boy Scouts of America programs. If, from time to time the church does not have such a program then, the income may be used to support Presbytery camping programs with first preference being given to Camp Story. In the absence of camping programs at the Presbytery, income is to be used for extra-curricular Christian activity for youth as determined by the Session.
