reinvest the net income therefrom (hereinafter Net Income) after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time) into principal until the death of the Donor. Following notification of the death of the Donor the Foundation shall commence paying the Net Income as follows: Twenty percent (20%) to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the Presbyterian Peacemaking Program. Fifteen percent (15%) to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the Presbyterian Self-Development of People. Fifteen percent (15%) to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the Presbyterian Hunger Program. Thirty percent (30%) to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the Worldwide Ministries Division for overseas mission. Twenty percent (20%) to the Presbytery of San Fernando, Panorama City, California, of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for holistic Hispanic ministries and if that is not possible then for partnership relationships with other countries and if that is not possible, then for urban ministries.
