to be used for pilot studies and projects that will try out the feasibility of creative ideas of seminary students and faculty to keep our traditional faith useful during changing needs and changing times. The fund is not to be used for student scholarships. The Committee on Theological Education (or its successor) of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is to review proposals for use of such funds and to select projects to be funded. These proposals can include international components. Only the income from the fund shall be used each year. Whether the money is to be repaid at a future date for use by other students and seminaries is left to the discretion of the Committee on Theological Education (or its successor).
