The proceeds of the 1983 Women's Birthday Offering shall be placed in a perpetual trust to be invested by the Presbyterian Foundation [Inc.]. The interest from the trust shall be utilized by the White Cross Administrator to cover shipping costs annually. Excess funds shall be reinvested in the perpetual trust. The interest income should be remitted to the Mission Board Treasurer quarterly and designated for White Cross Shipping Costs. The principal deposits should be placed in a Foundation fund whose investment criteria are preservation of principal and maximum income production. Since this is a Board-designated Fund, the Mission Board reserves the right to redirect the use of principal and/or income as circumstances warrant.
