To be used for Christian leadership training in Brazil. Should Christian leadership training in Brazil cease to be a part of the program of the PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (U.S.A.), the said net income shall be used for Christian leadership training in Guatemala. Should Christian leadership training in Guatemala cease to be a part of the program of the PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (U.S.A.), then the said net income will be used for Christian leadership training at the point of greatest need, in Latin America, as determined by the Area Liaison for the General Assembly. Further, should Christian leadership training in Latin America cease to be a part of the program of the PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (U.S.A.), then the said net income shall be used for such purposes of the PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (U.S.A.), as its General Assembly shall in its wisdom direct in furthering the Christian program of the Church. The income used for Christian leadership training shall be considered to be outside the budget and shall not be equalized with other funds budgeted for this purpose or the area where the funds are used.
