To fund scholarships for Guatemalan Presbyterian students studying at the Presbyterian Seminary of Guatemala until such time as it closes or is no longer affiliated with a partner church of PC(U.S.A.). Excess of annual income over scholarship needs shall be used to support academic programs such as faculty salaries and continuing education and library resources.

The Foundation shall reinvest net income so that Net income becomes principal until the principal reaches One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). Thereafter, the Foundation shall continue to reinvest ten percent (10%) of the net income into principal and perpetuity so that net income becomes principal and the Foundation shall pay ninety percent (90%) of the net income therefrom (hereinafter Net Income) after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any regular time interval as established by the Board of trustees of the Foundation from time to time) to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) to be used for the Racial Justice Program area, or its successor.
