For the support of Miraj Medical Center currently located in Miraj, India…The Miraj Medical Center shall use the said net income from the fund hereby established on behalf of charity for patients in need thereof at the discretion on the Miraj Medical Center Administration. Should Miraj Medical Center, of Miraj, India be merged or consolidated with any other medical institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should Miraj Medical Center, of Miraj, India or its successors cease to exist or cease to be a part of or officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income shall be used for support of the Church in India at the discretion of the leaders of that Church.

The granting of a scholarship or fellowship shall not be based upon the financial needs of the student but shall be granted as a reward or recognition of scholastic ability and achievement.
