for the benefit of First Presbyterian Church, located in Foley, Minnesota, to be used as follows: 25% to provide scholarships for children from the First Presbyterian Church of Foley, Minnesota to attend Camp Clearwater, to be matched by contributions from the First Presbyterian Church of Foley, Minnesota; 25% to provide for leadership development and training of lay persons to serve the Presbyterian Church; and 50% to be used in furtherance of mission projects whether in Minnesota or elsewhere as contemplated by members of the First Presbyterian Church of Foley or within the Presbytery.
