Designated Use

The interest from the said fund shall be used to purchase books, periodicals, maps, archival, other print or microform materials, and electronic software and hardware pertaining to Scottish studies in order to enhance the understanding of that subject within and through the Scottish Heritage Center of St. Andrews University, located in Laurinburg, N.C., and a branch of Webber International University. The interest from the said fund may also be used to provide furnishings and fixtures to be used within St. Andrews University's Scottish Heritage Center.
