This fund will be entrusted to the Commission on Ministry of the Presbytery of NYC, who will be managing and distributing the fund it is to support pastors for (1) medical emergency, housing, and other emergencies (2) mental health care for pastors and/or their family members. The successor(s) of the ministry of the Commission on Ministry of the Presbytery of NYC shall be the Contingent Beneficiary.
