Designated Use

The income shall be directed to the Malibu Presbyterian Church, Malibu, CA, for a period of Ten (10) years, to be used for chimes, pipe organ, piano or other musical equipment: for the children's choir: for scholarships for continuing education for leaders of the music ministry; for travel expenses for special choir presentations' or as the Session may approve for the music ministry in its discretion. After the Tenth (10th) year [February 2033] following the formation of the fund, withdraw all or any portion of the principal of the fund, by vote of the Session, to be used in any manner as determined by the Session in its discretion.
