For benevolence activities in the Church and its local community with preference for the needs of young children. After First Presbyterian Church of Seneca Falls, New York has received its sixtieth quarterly income payment from the Foundation (after fifteen (15) years), the Foundation will notify First Presbyterian Church of Seneca Falls, New York that the remaining principal of the permanently invested fund may be transferred to an Investment Management Service account or any such service plan of the Foundation which accommodates withdrawal of principal and accumulated interest. Such transfer will occur at the next quarterly valuation date of March, June, September, or December, according to the administrative practices of the Foundation then in effect, following receipt by the Foundation of notice of Session action of First Presbyterian Church of Seneca Falls, New York requesting such transfer. After the transfer is completed by the Foundation, the First Presbyterian Church of Seneca Falls, New York, may use any or all of said funds held by the Foundation as its Session shall determine.
