to be held and used by said Seminary as the J. L. Kelso-Geisler Fund to defray tuition, fees, and room and board of Seminary students and other expenses of such students deemed necessary by the Seminary administration. The students who shall receive such funds and the amount thereof to be allotted to each such student shall be determined by the then President of said Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
