To Presbyterian Children Services, Inc., Missouri, to provide for immediate needs of the children served. Should the governing body of Presbyterian Child's Services, Inc. determine additional residential buildings should be constructed or existing buildings acquired and/or renovated, it may request and receive a one-time distribution of not more than one-half of the corpus of this fund at the time of the request to be used to satisfy said new construction and/or renovation needs.
