For providing and placing flowers on the J.C. Taylor lot in St. Mary's Cemetery at Bismarck, North Dakota, on Decoration Day each year, and for chancel flowers for the anniversaries of the demise of my husband and myself, and at any other time deemed suitable and proper by those so placing said flowers, and for repairs and maintenance of the buildings of said church, as a Memorial to James Clyde Taylor and Edna C. Taylor.
