Designated Use

The First United Presbyterian Church of Huron, Ohio, shall use the said income from the fund hereby established for scholarship(s) for student(s) studying for Christian service, according to the terms under a Declaration of Trust dated June 6, 1965, establishing the Steffanni Jean Holliger Memorial Fund. This trust was established by Herbert H. ad Ardis S. Holliger in memory of their daughter, Steffanni Jean Holliger. Copies of the record of such Trust are in the offices of the said church. All income from the Foundation shall be deposited by the said church in a separate savings account known as the Steffanni Jean Holliger Memorial Fund and shall be withdrawn and used by the said church only in a accordance with the terms of the Declaration of Trust dated June 6, 1965, together with the Judgment Entry of the Erie County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court, Probate Division, dated June 3, 1976, and Resolution taken by the Session for the First United Presbyterian Church of Huron, Ohio, on August 19, 1976, copies of the latter two documents being on file with both the United Presbyterian Foundation and the First United Presbyterian Church of Huron, Ohio. The First United Presbyterian Church of Huron, Ohio, shall notify the United Presbyterian Foundation in writing each year, on or before the first day of July, of the name of the student selected to receive the income from this fund. Should the said church not provide such annual notification, the Foundation shall pay the income from the fund hereby established to the presbytery of jurisdiction for the First United Presbyterian Church of Huron, Ohio, which presbytery shall be obligated to use the said income for the same purposes as defined in the Judgment Entry of June 3, 1976, described above.
