Shall use said income from the fund hereby established at the direction of its [Pasadena Presbyterian Church] Session with first preference to serve the religious needs of the mentally and of physically impaired. This service could include special counseling, visitation by clergy, special transportation to events in the church or home delivery of communion. Second preference would be as an addition to the Deacon's Fund and third preference would be as an addition to the Good Neighbor Fund.
