Designated Use

For the development of deferred giving including such things as, but not limited to: seminars on money management, estate planning, or long range development of deferred giving; or assisting members with legal fees in connection with the preparation of their wills or codicils which include bequests for the benefit of any part of the Presbyterian Church (USA) or its successor; or any programmatic aspects of deferred giving. Further, should the Bethel Presbyterian Church of Olive Branch, Mississippi fail to use any income paid to it from this fund within two years from the date of the receipt of such income, the Bethel Presbyterian Church shall return this income to the United Presbyterian Foundation, which will add said returned income to the principal of this fund.
