Designated Use

Two-thirds shall be used for the support and development of Neighborhood Centers; to provide summer camperships for children who could not otherwise afford this experience; for the support of hospital chaplaincies; for ministry to service personnel; for Church day care centers and/or for other similar community development projects; wherever the need is greatest, as directed by the Department of Social and Ecumenical Concerns. One-third shall be used to establish a fund to be used for disaster relief projects anywhere in the world, wherever the need is greatest, as directed by the General Council of the Synod.
