Designated Use

For the benefit of the various programs of said church as determined by its Board of Trustees, with the approval of the Session of said church, or those officers of said church delegated by the Session, provided that any donor of $1,000.00 or more to the fund hereby established may designate specific work or programs of the said church which is to benefit from the income from that donor's proportionate share of the fund. It shall be the obligation of the Board of Trustees of said church or the Session's designee to use the income for church work as specified by such a donor or for present church work as similar as possible to the intent of the donor.
