reinvest income back into principal until value reaches $10,000.00. At such time, the net income therefrom, as such income is received in quarterly payments, shall be distributed as follow: Ninety Percent (90%) to be paid to the Metro-Atlanta Chapter of Black Presbyterian United [now National Black Presbyterian Caucus, Inc.] as its Board of Directors shall determine and ten percent (10%) to be reinvested in perpetuity.
