reinvest said income back into principal of said gift until the principal and interest have reached $30,000.00. At such time the net income therefrom shall be paid to the DONOR [Calvin Presbyterian Church] as such income is received in quarterly payments. The Calvin Presbyterian Church shall use the said income from the fund hereby established as its session shall determine.
