The net income only therefrom shall be paid in quarterly payments to the Synod of Southern California for Support of Retired ministers, missionaries, full-time lay persons who have been workers or employees, and/or the spouses of same, of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. who live in Presbyterian-related retirement facilities within the boundaries of said Synod.
