Designated Use

The session of the Lakeside Presbyterian Church of Duluth, Minnesota, may have the privilege of withdrawing all income earned for the preceding four calendar quarters including the second quarter ending June 30th but no more than the income earned by the fund during that time period. All income not withdrawn as determined every June 30th shall be reinvested back into the principal of the fund.The Lakeside Presbyterian Church of Duluth, Minnesota shall use the said income from the fund hereby established as its session shall determine for scholarships.Such withdrawal of income shall be made according to the rules of the Foundation then in effect. Any written requests for withdrawal must be received by the Foundation at least ten (10) days prior to the second quarter ending June 30th of each year.
