Third Presbyterian Church of Aguadilla [a/k/a Tercera Iglesia Presbiteriana], Puerto Rico may have the privilege of withdrawing all net income earned for the preceding four calendar quarters including the fourth quarter ending December 31st but no more than the net income earned by the fund during that time period and may have until March 20th to request said income. All income not withdrawn as determined every March 20th shall be reinvested back into the principal of the fund. Third Presbyterian Church of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico may annually request in writing during the first quarter the net income for scholarship use with first priority given to candidates from said church. The session of Third Presbyterian Church of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico must request said income before actual disbursement of the funds. Should the Third Presbyterian Church of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico not have any candidates for scholarships, then they may notify the Presbytery or Synod that there are funds available for scholarships. The Presbytery of Synod may then recommend candidates to the session of the Third Presbyterian Church of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico for scholarships.
