Designated Use

To provide scholarship aid to any person to attend an accredited school, college or university (which could include vocational or professional training) at either an undergraduate level or graduate level of study. The scholarship aid may be given because of financial need and/or for academic excellence. Such aid may be given to any person irrespective of their field or study. The aid may be given as a grant or as a loan; however, the Session of Northminister Presbyterian Church may forgive such loan if it is the desire of the Session to do so. The recipient of such aid will not be required to be a member of Northminister Presbyterian Church nor will they be required to be a member of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
