Designated Use

Shall use the said income from the fund hereby established to provide scholarship aid to any person for summer camps or conferences or for scholarship aid to any accredited school, college or university (which could included vocational or professional training) at either an undergraduate level or graduate level of study. The scholarship aid may be given because of financial need and/or for academic excellence. Such aid may be given to any person irrespective of their field of study. The aid may be given as a grant or as a loan; however, the Session of the Session to do so. The recipient of such aid will not be required to be a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church nor will they be required to be a member of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
