Designated Use

to provide long-term support for Camp Whitman. In the event that Camp Whitman, or its successor, should cease to exist the income from the Fund shall be used by the Presbytery of Geneva for youth work within the Presbytery of Geneva. The Presbytery of Geneva shall have the privilege of withdrawing part of the principal of the Fund upon approval by the Trustees of the Presbytery for emergency situations, not to exceed $10,000.00 in any one calendar year. Should the Trustees of the Presbytery determine and notify the Presbyterian Foundation that an emergency exists requiring a part of the principal, the Presbyterian Foundation shall pay to the Presbytery of Geneva as requested. Such withdrawals of the principal of the Fund shall be made according to the rules of the Foundation then in effect. Any written requests for withdrawal much be received by the Presbyterian Foundation at least eleven days prior to the periodic valuation deadline of March31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, in each year. Income from the Invesment of the withdrawn amount shall cease upon the valuation date on which with withdrawal is made.
