For the benefit of the Child Development Center of the Pickens Presbyterian Church in perpetuity to be known as The Walker Giles Singleton Memorial Fund. The net income of this fund shall be paid over in convenient installments to be used as part of the operating funds of said Child Development Center or if it shall cease to exist to the Pastors and Deacons Fund of the Pickens Presbyterian Church or if it shall cease to exist for the perpetual care and upkeep of the Pickens Presbyterian Church Cemetary.
