Reinvest income back into principal until the principal reaches $25,000. At such time, the net income shall be paid quarterly as outlined in the Agreement between F. Thomas Diehl, Virginia H. Diehl and Eleanor M. Diehl and the First Presbyterian Church of Safety Harbor, Inc. effective October 26, 1992 (hereinafter called the Agreement). The First Presbyterian Church of Safety Harbor shall annually provide the Foundation with the received and to be received, have been, and will continue to be applied strictly in accordance with the Agreement. Such continuing compliance and certification shall be a prerequisite for the distribution of any of said income by the Foundation to the church during the term of this agreement. The Donors and the First Presbyterian Church of Safety Harbor, Inc. shall be responsible for notifying the Foundation of any amendments made to the Agreement, subject to approval by the Foundation. In addition to obtaining the certification from the Presbyterian churches receiving the income from said Fund, the Foundation agrees to take such agreement and to assure that the funds are being applied consistently therewith. Any of said income returned to the Foundation by the church pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, shall be added to the Diehl Family Fund as principal and not as income.
