With the annual income therefrom to be used to promote, establish and maintain special programs for residents of the Laurence Presbyterian Manor, Inc. Such programs may include, but shall not be limited to, new and innovative programs designed to promote the health and emotional welfare of residents of Laurence Presbyterian Manor, Inc., for the purpose of enhancing their quality of life while residents of Lawrence Presbyterian Manor, Inc. The determination of the programs to be promoted, established and maintained shall be in the sole discretion of the governing body of Lawrence Presbyterian Manor, Inc.
